A first for Paris with the opening game of the NCAA championship between South Carolina University and Notre Dame University. This unique relocation enabled a unique promotion of women’s basketball on Monday evening at the Halle Carpentier.

The 2023-2024 NCAA season kick-off between the University of South Carolina and the University of Notre Dame took place in a boiling-hot hall.
A unique event that was followed from the other side of the Atlantic as it was broadcast live on ESPN.
In the end, it was South Carolina who came out on top. Final score: 100-71!
A day earlier, our women’s team had put on a show, beating Saint-Amand in their first outing wearing the Paris Basketball jersey (78-61).
