Here we go ! The most eagerly awaited moment of the season kicks off this week with the quarter-finals between Paris Basketball and SIG Strasbourg.

Having finished top of the regular season table, our Parisian side begin their play-off campaign against the last team to emerge from the play-ins. Unbeaten against SIG for two and a half years now, Paris will play Game 1 of this best-of-three series this Tuesday at 9pm. Despite securing their qualification on Saturday, the teammates of star playmaker Marcus Keene have taken a beating following the two hard-fought matches last week.

Forty-eight hours after this first round, Julius Thomas’s side will travel to the Rhénus. Strasbourg have long been among the top home teams in France this season. However, the former home of our centre Léopold Cavalière has suffered more defeats of late. Starting with our last-gasp victory there in mid-April.

If the scores are level after these matches, the two teams will face off in a decider in front of our home crowd on Saturday 30 May. It promises to be a thrilling knockout tie !
