Paris, it’s Us !

In their first game of the season at the Accor Arena, Paris Basketball gave their fans a precious win in the derby against Boulogne-Levallois, winning 93-86 on Sunday evening. The win revives the Betclic Elite team’s fortunes after their setback at Nancy on Thursday.

 

A controlled derby

 

The match began in an electric atmosphere at the Accor Arena, with both teams determined to win this derby. The first moments of the match were marked by energy, with each team seeking to gain the upper hand over the other.

Paris Basketball, eager to bounce back from their defeat to SLUC, imposed a high intensity on the game from the outset. They then quickly took control of the game thanks to Parisian 3pt sniper Sebastian Herrera (17pts).

The second half was marked by the determination of our troops. Nadir Hiffi put in a fine performance with 22 points.

 

Successful premiere at the Accor Arena

 

The entertainment set up a few hours before kick-off warmed up the crowds. The crowd at the Accor Arena played a vital role, loudly supporting our players throughout the match.

In the end, all the elements were in place to win this derby.

At the final whistle, Paris Basketball was able to celebrate its huge victory (93-86) with its fans at the Accor Arena.

Now it’s time for the EuroCup. Paris Basketball players will travel to Italy to take on Venice on October 11, then host Le Portel on October 14 at Carpentier.
