The TJ Shorts legend returns to the adidas Arena

He’s back ! Paris Basketball legend and multiple MVP winner TJ Shorts is making his grand return to the adidas Arena on Friday during our American Football Game against Valencia in the EuroLeague.

The King is back in the spotlight! Although he left the capital over a year ago, the legacy left by TJ Shorts still shines brightly at Paris Basketball. Having arrived at the same time as Tuomas Isalo in the summer of 2023, the former Bonn point guard immediately won over the Halle Carpentier and then the adidas arena.

His confidence and his talent with the ball propelled Paris Basketball to the very top. First on the continental stage, where an MVP-calibre TJ clinched the 2024 EuroCup before delivering a historic debut season in the EuroLeague – both collectively and individually. At the same time, our leader picked up the Coupe de France and the Leaders Cup, culminating in the ultimate trophy one evening in June 2025.

The two-time Betclic ÉLITE MVP has secured the first league title in Paris Basketball’s history, leaving an indelible mark on the club for good. The echoes of that victory still resonate at the adidas arena and will come alive once more on Wednesday at 8.45 pm.

Having played at the Accor Arena last year during the home match against Panathinaikos, TJ will now take to the court at the adidas Arena for the first time wearing colours other than those of Paris. The whole club, as well as the crowd, will be sure to celebrate him.
