Paris unstoppable in EuroCup

50 minutes: that’s how long it took Paris Basketball to secure their fourth win in as many games, after a crazy double overtime on the London Lions’ floor (106-102). The win consolidates Paris’ top spot in the group after 4 games.

A thrilling evening

After an evenly-matched first half, the Parisians found themselves trailing by 10 points at the end of the 3rd quarter, before pulling out all the stops and hitting the London hoop to take a 3-point lead with 6 seconds remaining. It was at this point that Sam Dekker, who had been unstoppable since the start of the game, decided to take a clutch shot in front of the Parisian bench, sending the 2 teams into overtime.

Bandja Sy in extra time: 10 minutes of madness

Tonight, Paris can say “merSy” to a boss-sized Bandja, particularly in the last 3 minutes of OT2. With a dissuasive defensive presence, 3 steals and 1 block accompanied by 11 points and 6 rebounds, Bandja Sy was the man of the match tonight.

Chalon at home and Act II in view

The Eurocup match of the year probably took place on Tuesday evening, but it’s at Halle Carpentier that Act 2 of the Eurocup will be played against London on December 26.

In the meantime, other matches await our Parisians, starting with the reception of Elan Chalon in Betclic ELITE, this Saturday, October 28 at 6.30pm. Get your tickets HERE.
