General Terms and Conditions of Ticketing Sales
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Ticketing (hereinafter the « Ticketing T&Cs ») is to define the conditions under which any individual over the age of 18, and/or minors authorized by their legal representative(s), and/or any legal entity represented by one of its authorized executives (hereinafter the « Client »), agree to subscribe with SASP Paris Basketball (« Paris Basketball » or the « Team ») to a contract consisting of (i) access rights to attend home basketball games played by the Paris Basketball men’s first team, as well as (ii) hospitality services included in one of the packages offered by Paris Basketball, during a Season (i.e., the period from July 1 of year N to June 30 of year N+1), hereinafter the « Hospitality Offer ».
The firm and definitive subscription to the Ticketing Offer by the Client implies the unconditional acceptance of the Ticketing T&Cs.
The Ticketing T&Cs apply to the Client and/or to any person benefiting from the Ticketing and Hospitality Offer designated by the Client, hereinafter referred to as the « Beneficiary ».
Paris Basketball reserves the right to amend the Ticketing T&Cs at any time. The applicable Ticketing T&Cs are those accepted by the CLIENT on the date of subscription to the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
In the event of a contradiction, the specific mentions appearing on the Order Form shall prevail over the Hospitality T&Cs for the relevant stipulations.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING THE TICKETING OFFER
No Ticketing Offer will be issued to, or may benefit, any person subject to an administrative or judicial stadium ban, or who has committed acts contrary to Article 14 below.
The Ticketing Offer allows attendance at the Team’s games included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality package, played at the Arena from the date of the client’s subscription. For the purposes hereof, the « Arena » designates the venue where the Team plays its home games during the Season and for which Paris Basketball oversees the organization. This primarily refers to the adidas arena, as well as any other arena that may replace it or in which the Team may occasionally play home games included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
Paris Basketball solely decides which stands and sections of the arena may be subject to a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, the quantity, as well as the Ticketing and/or Hospitality packages available within each stand and/or indoor or outdoor spaces of the Arena where hospitality services take place.
The stand or hospitality area indicated on the Order Form and presented on Paris Basketball’s promotional materials are those of the adidas arena. However, the Client is informed that if the Team is required to play games in another arena, Paris Basketball will have the right to be released from its obligations under the following conditions: the Client will be allocated by Paris Basketball, as far as possible and taking into account the layout of the premises and constraints imposed on Paris Basketball, a seat and a lounge or hospitality area in this arena of comparable quality, which the Client acknowledges and accepts in advance.
3. TICKETING AND HOSPITALITY PACKAGES
Paris Basketball may offer one or more Ticketing and/or Hospitality packages. The specific conditions for each will be detailed in the Order Form and, where applicable, in the specific conditions relating to them.
Any Client meeting the conditions set out herein may subscribe to these offers, subject to availability. It is specified that the names of the Ticketing and Hospitality packages and the reception areas where the hospitality services take place are subject to change, which the Client unreservedly acknowledges and accepts.
3.1 Games included in the Hospitality Offer
The Team’s home games, for which Paris Basketball is the organizer, included in the Ticketing and Hospitality Offer subscribed to by the Client are indicated on the Order Form, to the exclusion of any other game. This may include:
- One or more single games specifically designated on the Order Form.
- As part of a Season Ticket (Abonnement): French Championship (Betclic ÉLITE) games, early rounds of the French Cup played by the Team, and European Championship games during the relevant Season from the time of the Client’s subscription as designated on the Order Form.
- As part of a Ticket Pack or a Prize Pool (Cagnotte): games selected by the client.
It is specified that the names of the competitions mentioned herein are purely indicative and subject to change by the organizer of said competitions.
3.2 Hospitality Services
The hospitality services included in the various Hospitality Offers are indicated on the Order Form, to the exclusion of any other service.
3.3 Season Tickets / Renewals
Each Season Ticket Holder (Abonné) for the current Season benefits from priority to subscribe to a Season Ticket for the following Season during the renewal campaign, the dates of which will be communicated by the club on its official website. Renewal will be possible subject to the availability of the chosen Season Ticket package and provided that their Season Ticket for the current Season has not been suspended and/or terminated for any reason whatsoever and that all amounts due for the current season have been paid.
Paris Basketball reserves the right to modify the price category of certain seats. In this case, the Season Ticket Holder will be offered a renewal with a new seat in the category of their choice or to keep their seat at the new price.
Minors over 15 years old wishing to subscribe must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Both will sign the Season Ticket Contract which includes the T&Cs. The legal guardian will pay for the minor’s Season Ticket in their name and on their behalf. Minors over 15 will only be accepted after signing a parental authorization granting access to Paris Basketball games valid for all games of the season.
For minors under 15, subscription to a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer can only be made by one of their legal representatives.
4. DURATION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF THE TICKETING AND HOSPITALITY OFFER
Ticketing and Hospitality Offers subscribed outside of a Season Ticket are valid only for the games designated on the Order Form.
The duration of the Hospitality Offer subscribed by the Client is indicated on the Order Form. The Ticketing and Hospitality Offer covers a period of one season. It takes effect from the date of signature of the Order Form and ends on June 30 of the relevant Season.
Automatic Renewal of the Season Ticket: The Season Ticket will be tacitly and automatically renewed on July 1 (N+1) for the following sporting season at the pricing conditions communicated by email to the subscriber and, where applicable, after acceptance of the new general conditions, except:
- In the event of termination by the club at least thirty (30) calendar days before the expiration of the season ticket, particularly due to a change in its commercial offer, and/or the Client’s failure to comply with these T&Cs, and/or the Client’s failure to comply with the Arena’s Internal Regulations, and/or non-compliance with current regulations and legislation, and/or security imperatives or any other legitimate reason;
- In the event of termination by the Subscriber, via the form provided for this purpose on the club’s internal website, respecting a 1 (one) month notice period (i.e., before May 30 N+1);
- In the event of non-payment by the due date of all or part of the sums owed by the Subscriber at the latest one (1) month before the expiration of their season ticket (i.e., before May 30 N+1).
The Club will remind the consumer subscriber of this option no later than 1 (one) month before the deadline to request the non-renewal of the Season Ticket (i.e., April 30 N+1 at the latest) in accordance with the provisions of Article L215-1 of the Consumer Code.

Paris Basketball shall be entitled to consider any Order Form returned in a non-compliant manner (missing, erroneous, unverifiable information, handwritten notes, received beyond the validity period indicated therein) as null and void. Furthermore, Paris Basketball reserves the right to consider the order null and void in the event of non-payment by the Client of all or part of the amounts to be paid upon subscription after agreement on a payment schedule, or in the event of failure to provide all or part of the guarantees to be provided by the Client upon subscription.
In the event of a payment incident or opposition, whatever the cause, Paris Basketball will apply direct debit rejection fees of twenty (20) euros inclusive of tax per rejection, in accordance with the provisions of Articles D.133-5, D.133-6 and L.133-26 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Consequently, the Client is responsible for transferring the game Tickets free of charge to any other Beneficiary, it being specified that the latter cannot be a person subject to a stadium ban, suspension, or termination, as provided in Article 18 below.

Public or promotional documents presented to the Client, such as team rosters, match schedules, and times published, are not contractual and are subject to change at any time by the governing bodies of the competitions in which Paris Basketball participates and/or any administrative authority, without Paris Basketball’s liability being engaged.
16.2 Seating
Security or hygiene requirements, organizer requirements, organizational necessities, or force majeure events may exceptionally lead Paris Basketball to offer the Beneficiary a different seat during a Season than the one indicated on the Order Form or on their Ticket, but of comparable quality, without Paris Basketball’s liability being engaged.
In the context of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer subscribed for multiple Seasons, if Paris Basketball is unable to offer the Client the seat for which they subscribed for an entire Season, both the Client and Paris Basketball will have the right to automatically terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the other party with a one-month notice period before the start of the relevant Season, with a refund, if applicable, of the sums collected for this purpose by Paris Basketball, without further compensation.

Excluded from its liability in particular are: bad weather, strikes, regulatory changes, field suspensions, match postponements or cancellations, or a decision by a competent authority. If such an event occurs, Paris Basketball will decide, at its sole discretion and without obligation on its part, whether or not to grant the Client compensation.

Anyone attending a Paris Basketball game at the Arena grants Paris Basketball, free of charge, worldwide, and for the legal duration of copyright protection, the right to capture, use, exploit, and represent their image and voice, on any known or future medium in connection with the games and/or any event operation relating to Paris Basketball and/or its partners, such as photographs, live or delayed television broadcasts, digital media, broadcasts, and/or video or sound recordings, these rights being freely assignable by Paris Basketball to any third party of its choice.
18. SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER BY PARIS BASKETBALL
18.1 Unpaid Dues
In the event of non-payment, Paris Basketball reserves the right, depending on the severity of the breach, to suspend or terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer. Suspended Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offers can only be reactivated upon payment to Paris Basketball of the balance of the sums due and any applicable late interest. Due to the technical and operational delays involved in this process, Paris Basketball will make its best efforts to reactivate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer following full collection of the amounts due. Failure to pay all or part of the sums due by a Client by the due date may result in the application of default interest equal to three (3) times the applicable legal interest rate, applicable to the entire outstanding due debt and running from the day following the last day of the payment deadline until full payment.
18.2 Stadium Bans
As soon as Paris Basketball is informed, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.332-15 and L.332-16 of the Sports Code, that a Client is subject to an administrative or judicial stadium ban, Paris Basketball will automatically terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.

Any behavior related to Paris Basketball’s activities, likely to harm others, damage Paris Basketball’s image, or the honor of its executives or staff, cause bodily injury, damage to property, and/or any aggressive, violent, provocative, insulting, abusive, uncivil, indecent behavior or behavior contrary to morals and good manners committed by a Beneficiary, will automatically result, if Paris Basketball deems fit and depending on the severity of the breach, in the suspension or termination of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
18.6 Commercial Activities/Betting
It is forbidden to conduct promotional or commercial activities (such as advertising, awarding contest or lottery prizes, part of a travel package, etc.) in connection with the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer without the prior written consent of Paris Basketball. Finally, as part of the fight against the fraud risks generated by sports betting, it is strictly forbidden for any Beneficiary to bet on the ongoing game within the Arena without Paris Basketball’s authorization. Failure to comply with these prohibitions will automatically result, if Paris Basketball deems fit, in the suspension or termination of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
18.7 Sums Due
In the event of termination of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer by Paris Basketball, all sums due and to become due by the Client for said Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer are fully and automatically payable, without prejudice to legal proceedings. Paris Basketball will decide, at its sole discretion and without obligation on its part, whether or not to grant a refund, the amount of which will be equal to the amount of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer multiplied by the ratio of the number of games left to play.
