Jérôme de Chaunac Appointed Chief Business Officer of Paris Basketball

Just one month from beginning yet another historic
season, Paris Basketball is proud to announce that Jérôme de Chaunac is joining the team as Chief Business Officer.

Paris Basketball, founded in July 2018 by principal owner Eric Schwartz and co-owner and President David Kahn, has managed to grow, in just six seasons, from a 2nd division team to a European Champion and runner-up in the French League during the 2023-2024 season. The team is now the exclusive Resident Club of adidas arena,
which is ready to welcome Real Madrid, Olympiakos and other iconic brands for home games.

A seasoned international professional, de Chaunac, 52, has over 20 years experience working in the sport industry, including the past 10 years in the US. He has managed agencies such as IMG and Havas Sports & Entertainment around the world and has worked for prestigious global rights holders and brands such as the NBA, FIFA, adidas
and Coca-Cola. He has also more recently run the Paris Saint-Germain office in the Americas from New York City.

Only one month away from its first-ever EuroLeague game at the adidas arena against
Red Star Belgrade (October 4 at 9 pm), de Chaunac hiring is another sign of Paris
Basketball’s ambition to continue building a leading club in Europe and, ultimately, a global brand.

“After six months working as a strategic advisor to David Kahn and his team, I am delighted to join the Paris Basketball project at an incredibly key moment for the growth of the club and basketball” de Chaunac said. “We have thrilling challenges
ahead and I will bring my international experience, my leadership and my entrepreneurial mindset to grow the revenues and help position Paris Basketball as a major club and brand in Europe.”

“Jérôme de Chaunac brings to Paris Basketball a wealth of experience from his previous jobs such as Havas and Paris Saint-Germain,” David Kahn said. “Specifically, Jérôme is skilled at launching new initiatives for those brands and others in his
professional history – for example, being tasked with opening PSG’s first North American office in 2018.

“Jérôme’s relationships throughout the Paris business and entertainment community
will undoubtedly benefit Paris Basketball’s continuing efforts to build what we believe
is the No. 1 indoor entertainment option for Grand Paris. He will help us immensely.”
