A look at the Grand Paris Basketball Summer Tour final
Last Saturday, the Grand Paris Basketball Summer Tour came to a spectacular close at the adidas arena. This final, which featured the presentation of our teams and the unveiling of our new kits, officially kicks off the 2026–2027 season!
From the first matches of the day at around 11am to the grand finals at 4pm, there was plenty going on at the adidas arena. As the final stop on a Summer Tour spanning several weeks, several hundred people from all corners of Greater Paris created a great atmosphere throughout the day.
It all kicked off in the morning with the qualifying rounds. Spectacular play, spectacular shots and a electric atmosphere were very much on display. Greeted with a rapturous reception by our Parisian supporters, the two-time Olympic silver medallist – Frank Ntilikina – was also among the VIPs in attendance at the event. Our new point guard thoroughly enjoyed watching the Hoopsider Challenge, followed by a brand-new showcase from Kulturr.

Just before the finals got underway, the large crowd in attendance had the chance to witness the presentation of the Paris Basketball men’s and women’s teams. This was accompanied by the exclusive unveiling of our home and away kits for the 2026–2027 season, which you can order now from our online shop. Now, it’s time for the climax of this Summer Tour !
Facing off against Nadir Hifi, Inès Salahy and T.J. Warren, the best teams from the Greater Paris area fought a fierce battle to win the title! In the end, victory went to Colombes la Niak and the Hoopsider Team, who became the first winners of the Greater Paris Basketball Summer Tour. This inaugural event concluded with an autograph session featuring our players, alongside a host of activities on the forecourt.

And so comes to an end the very first edition of this new summer event for all basketball enthusiasts. Thank you once again to everyone who attended our four stages (Seine-Saint-Denis, Roissy-en-Brie, Val-de-Marne and Versailles), as well as the final.
Thank you also to all our partners: adidas, Kellogg’s, the Île-de-France Region and Trace.
All that remains is for us to look forward to seeing you again next year.
