Paris still unbeaten in EuroCup
Paris Basketball continues to march on Europe. And this time it was Prometey who paid the price (96-79 victory). A fifth European success of the season in as many games for our Parisians.
A game that turned heads
Trailing 20-7 midway through the first quarter, all it took was a time-out, a bit of skill and strict defense for our players to come out swinging and assume their status as Eurocup cadors. You want domination? We’ve got you covered. 10 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist and plenty of impact: that was the first half performance of General Leon Kratzer. Thanks to his experience, he was able to get the team back on track. At the break, the score was 48-41.
A second half with the same rhythm
48 points in the first 20 minutes and 48 points in the last 20, our Parisians remained consistent offensively, but slightly improved their defense in the second act: 38 points versus 41 before the break.
And your MVP is: Leon Kratzer
This is the big performance of the game. Leon Kratzer with 12 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 2 blocks. All in just 18 minutes at 86% shooting. A great game for the German giant.
The performance of Nadir Hifi is also to be commended, with an impressive 20 points (as against London).
Make it 5-0 ✋🫡
