This Saturday, just after the Celebrity Game, our Parisians beat Chalon 85-70. A victory that keeps the Club at the top of the Betclic ELITE standings.
Paris keeps up the momentum
After a last-gasp EuroCup win over the London Lions (102-106), the Parisians confirmed their incredible start to the season last night. From the outset, the hosts gave their rivals no chance. 21-3 was the score after just four minutes of play… The tone was set!
Despite a timid awakening by the Chalonnais in the second quarter, our Parisians returned to the locker room with a significant advantage, leading 42-37.
By contrast, the second half was a little slower for Nadir Hifi’s team-mates.
But despite the newcomer’s renewed form, the players from the capital took the lead for good in the 4th quarter and eventually won (85-70).
Collin Malcolm’s performance of the day was particularly noteworthy, with 16 points, 2 rebounds and 1 steal.
