Paris received 5/5
In their first European game of the season, Parisians impressed once again with a 105-78 home win over BC Wolves of Lithuania. The win keeps Paris Basketball unbeaten in both the league and the European Cup.
Successful European premiere
The game got off to a flying start between the two teams in the first quarter. Paris Basketball quickly took the lead thanks to a solid defense and a well-orchestrated attack, with Collin Malcolm shooting 100%. As has been the case since the start of their Betclic Elite season, Tuomas Iisalo’s players showed great team cohesion and maximum intensity in their play, notably with an XXL performance from T.J Shorts (20 points).
The win gives Paris Basketball a good start to their EuroCup campaign. A positive first result for the Parisians, who are off to the best possible start on their European adventure.
The Accor Arena in their sights
On Tuesday evening, the Carpentier fans were on hand to support their players throughout the match.
The fans were rewarded by the spectacle. Paris Basketball players will now begin a symbolic week with a trip to Nancy, currently 7th in Betclic Elite. Then it’s on to the derby against the Mets at the Accor Arena this Sunday. Kick-off: 7pm.
