General Terms and Conditions of Ticketing Sales
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Ticketing Sales (hereinafter the “Ticketing T&Cs”) set out the terms under which any natural person over the age of 18 and/or any legal entity represented by one of its duly authorised officers (hereinafter the “Client”) agrees to enter into a contract with SASP Paris Basketball (“Paris Basketball” or the “Team”), consisting of (i) access rights to attend home basketball games played by the Paris Basketball men’s first team and (ii) hospitality services included in one of the packages offered by Paris Basketball during a Season (i.e., the period from 1 July of year N to 30 June of year N+1), hereinafter the “Hospitality Offer”.
The firm and final subscription by the Client to the Ticketing Offer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Ticketing T&Cs.
The Ticketing T&Cs apply to the Client and/or to any person designated by the Client who benefits from the Ticketing and Hospitality Offer (hereinafter the “Beneficiary”).
Paris Basketball reserves the right to amend the Ticketing T&Cs at any time. The applicable Ticketing T&Cs are those accepted by the Client on the date of subscription to the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
In the event of any contradiction, the specific provisions stated on the Order Form shall prevail over the Hospitality T&Cs for the relevant stipulations.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE TICKETING OFFER
No Ticketing Offer will be issued to, nor may it benefit, any person who is subject to an administrative or judicial stadium ban or who has committed any of the acts referred to in Article 16 below.
The Ticketing Offer allows attendance at the Team’s matches included in the subscribed Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, actually played in the Arena as from the Client’s subscription date. For the purposes hereof, and as an essential condition, the “Arena” is the venue in which the Team plays its home matches during the Season, mainly the adidas arena and any other venue substituting for it in which the Team may occasionally play home matches included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
Paris Basketball alone decides the stands and sections of the Arena for which seats may be subject to a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, the number of such seats, and the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer available within each stand and/or within indoor or outdoor spaces at the Arena where hospitality services take place.
The stand or hospitality space indicated on the Order Form and shown in Paris Basketball’s promotional materials are those of the adidas arena.
However, the Client is informed that when the Team plays matches in another venue, Paris Basketball may be released from its obligations under the following conditions: to the extent possible and considering the layout of the premises and the constraints imposed on Paris Basketball, the Client will be allocated a seat and a hospitality lounge or space in that venue of comparable quality, which the Client hereby acknowledges and accepts in advance.
3. TICKETING AND HOSPITALITY PACKAGES
Paris Basketball may offer one or more Ticketing and/or Hospitality packages. The specific terms applicable to each will be set out in the Order Form and, where applicable, in the special conditions relating thereto.
Any Client meeting the conditions set out herein may subscribe to these offers, subject to availability.
It is specified that the names of the Ticketing and Hospitality packages and of the reception areas where hospitality services are provided may change, which the Client acknowledges and accepts without reservation.
3.1 Matches Included in the Hospitality Offer
The Team’s home matches included in the Ticketing and Hospitality Offer subscribed by the Client are indicated in the Order Form, to the exclusion of all other matches.
They may consist of:
- One or more single matches specifically designated on the Order Form;
- As part of a Season Ticket: home matches of the French Championship (Betclic ELITE) and the first round of the French Cup played by the Team and/or EuroLeague games during the relevant Season as from the Client’s subscription, as designated on the Order Form.
It is specified that the names of the competitions mentioned herein are purely indicative and may be modified by the organiser of said competitions.
3.2 Hospitality Services
The hospitality services included in the various Hospitality Offer packages are indicated in the Order Form, to the exclusion of any other services.
4. TERM OF THE TICKETING AND HOSPITALITY OFFER
Ticketing and Hospitality Offers subscribed outside of a Season Ticket are valid only for the matches designated on the Order Form.
The term of the Hospitality Offer subscribed by the Client is indicated on the Order Form. The Ticketing and Hospitality Offer covers a period of one Season and takes effect from the date provided in the Order Form and ends on 30 June of the relevant Season.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE FOR THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER
To subscribe to a Ticketing or Hospitality Offer, the Client shall return to Paris Basketball a duly completed and signed Order Form, by post to the address indicated on said Order Form or by email in electronic form, which shall serve as sole evidence, to their sales contact, and shall provide the supporting documents requested.
These Hospitality T&Cs are attached to the Order Form.
The subscription is validated, subject to availability of the Ticketing or Hospitality Offers indicated on the duly completed and signed Order Form and after payment of at least 25% of the total amount indicated on the Order Form.
The Client then receives an invoice by email.
The Client represents and warrants to Paris Basketball that the signatory of the Order Form has full authority to bind the Client under these T&Cs.
Paris Basketball shall be entitled to treat as null and void any Order Form returned in a non-compliant manner (missing, incorrect, or unverifiable information; handwritten amendments; receipt after the validity deadline stated therein).
Furthermore, Paris Basketball may, at its discretion, consider the order null and void in the event of non‑payment by the Client of all or part of the amounts due upon subscription after an agreement on a payment schedule, or in the event of non‑provision of all or part of the guarantees to be provided by the Client upon subscription.
Subscription to a Hospitality Offer is also possible via resellers that may, where applicable, be designated by Paris Basketball.
6. PRICE/PAYMENT FOR THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER
The price of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer (hereinafter the “Price”) is a fixed amount and is indicated on the Order Form.
As Paris Basketball is free to amend its pricing policy and terms at any time, Season Tickets will be invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is recorded.
The Price is subject to VAT or any other applicable tax at the rates in force, it being specified that different rates may apply depending on the nature of the services provided.
Unless expressly stipulated otherwise on the Order Form, the Price is payable in full upon subscription.
Invoices are issued in the name of the Client.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 Means of Payment
The Price is payable exclusively in euros.
The accepted methods of payment are: bank transfer, cheque, cash (within the limits and conditions set by applicable laws and regulations), Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, and any credits issued by Paris Basketball in favour of the Client.
7.2 Anti‑Fraud Measures
Paris Basketball’s ticketing website uses a secure payment system incorporating the SSL security standard. Confidential banking data are encrypted and transmitted to a banking server responsible for processing and control.
Paris Basketball reserves the right to cancel a subscription that presents a risk of fraud, including fraudulent use of a bank card or a risk to the security of the sporting event.
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, the Client has, at any time, the right to access, rectify, and object to all of their personal data by writing, by post and providing proof of identity, to the attention of the payment service provider.
8. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As the sale of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer constitutes a leisure service to be provided on a specific date or period, the provisions of Article L.221‑28 (12°) of the French Consumer Code and Article L.221‑18 of the same Code relating to the consumer’s right of withdrawal do not apply to the subscription of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer at a distance.
9. MATERIAL FOR THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER
The Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer is materialised by the delivery of a series of match tickets indicating the specific and single match for which each grants access (hereinafter the “Tickets”) and/or a season card and, where applicable, access media for the hospitality services corresponding to the subscribed Hospitality Offer package.
Tickets are available on the management platform assigned to the Client upon subscription or are sent to the Client in electronic format as “e‑tickets” (“Electronic Tickets”).
Tickets purchased include the Client’s name and a seat number in the Arena that must be strictly respected (subject to the provisions of Article 14.2 below).
10. DELIVERY OF THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER AND CLIENT’S LIABILITY
Electronic Tickets are available in the Client’s personal account at least 7 days before the match date, subject to the calendar published by the LNB and/or the FFBB, after full collection of the corresponding amounts.
Paris Basketball is not responsible for delivering Tickets and/or any other access media to any Beneficiary other than the Client.
Consequently, the Client is solely responsible for delivering the match Tickets free of charge to any other Beneficiary, it being specified that such Beneficiary may not be a person subject to a stadium ban, suspension, or termination as provided for in Article 16 below.
The Client undertakes to know the identity of any Beneficiary they designate and to provide it to Paris Basketball upon first request.
The Client shall be liable for all acts of any Beneficiary and in particular for any damage, deterioration, or degradation caused to lounges and indoor or outdoor areas of the Arena in which the match and the hospitality service take place. Consequently, the Client is subject to the provisions of Article 16 below including for acts committed by any Beneficiary.
The Client guarantees the full compliance by the Beneficiary with these Hospitality T&Cs and with the Arena’s Internal Rules.
As an express and essential condition hereof, passing the access control constitutes acceptance by the Beneficiary of the Hospitality T&Cs and of the Arena’s Internal Rules.
11. SPECIFIC TERMS OF USE FOR ELECTRONIC TICKETS
11.1 Transfer of Electronic Tickets
The Electronic Ticket may be transferred free of charge by the Client to a Beneficiary, subject to the provisions of this article and of Article 16.3, by sending the Electronic Ticket accompanied by the Hospitality T&Cs by email from the Client to the Beneficiary.
11.2 Printing Electronic Tickets
Electronic Tickets must be printed in portrait format on blank white A4 paper, without changing the print size, using an inkjet or laser printer. No other medium is valid. In case of poor print quality, it is recommended to reprint the Electronic Ticket using another printer.
Paris Basketball disclaims all liability for any anomalies occurring during the printing of Electronic Tickets.
11.3 Downloading Electronic Tickets
Electronic Tickets must be downloaded to a mobile phone or tablet.
The Beneficiary must ensure that the battery of their mobile phone or tablet is sufficiently charged to display their Electronic Ticket at the entrance to the Arena.
Paris Basketball disclaims all liability in the event the Beneficiary is unable to view and present the Electronic Ticket on their mobile phone or tablet for reasons not attributable to Paris Basketball (defective device, incompatible device).
11.4 Access to the Arena by a Beneficiary Holding an Electronic Ticket
To access the Arena, the Beneficiary holding an Electronic Ticket must bring the Electronic Ticket printed in accordance with the above provisions or present it on a mobile phone or tablet. The Electronic Ticket is scanned at the entrance to the Arena.
Inside the Arena, the Beneficiary must keep the Electronic Ticket with them at all times.
Only the first Electronic Ticket presented will grant access to the Arena.
12. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
12.1 Compliance with Contractual, Legal and Regulatory Provisions
The Client acknowledges having read and undertakes to comply with, and to have any Beneficiary comply with, the Ticketing and Hospitality T&Cs, the Arena’s Internal Rules, police and safety instructions (pat‑downs/identity checks/prohibited items/hygiene measures, etc.), as well as the laws and regulations relating to safety in sports venues, in particular Articles L.332‑3 to L.332‑16 of the French Sports Code.
Any Beneficiary who commits any of the offences defined in these articles is liable to fines and imprisonment as well as an additional penalty prohibiting entry to or presence near a stadium, without prejudice to the sanctions provided for in Article 16.7 below.
It is further recalled that under Article L.332‑1 of the French Sports Code: “To contribute to the safety of sporting events, the organisers of these events may refuse or cancel the issuance of access passes to these events or refuse access to persons who have contravened or contravene the provisions of the general conditions of sale or of the internal rules relating to the safety of these events.”
12.2 Commitment to Tolerance and Respect
By benefiting from the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, the Client undertakes to:
- Ban violence, racism, xenophobia, antisemitism, homophobia, and the public expression of political or religious opinions within the Arena;
- Adopt a respectful and fair‑play attitude towards public authorities, basketball institutions, referees, the opposing team and its supporters, and to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the Arena’s supporters.
12.3 Compliance with Access and Use Conditions of the Ticketing and Hospitality Offer
For the matches included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, the Beneficiary shall enter the Arena via the VIP entrance, with their match Ticket, which will be read and recorded by the Arena’s access control system and/or checked by a Paris Basketball staff member.
At the entrance to the Arena, the Beneficiary agrees to submit to security pat‑downs, identity checks, and visual inspections of their hand luggage carried out by any police officer and/or by any staff member of the event organiser authorised by the Prefect of Police.
The Beneficiary may be asked to present the items they are carrying.
Items prohibited by the Arena’s Internal Rules will be placed in storage, seized, or refused, it being specified that Paris Basketball may refuse to store any item.
Any person refusing to submit to such measures, checks, pat‑downs, and inspections will be refused entry to the Arena or will be escorted outside the Arena without being entitled to any refund.
Access to the Arena by the Beneficiary is only possible upon presentation of a valid match Ticket. The Beneficiary must sit strictly in the seat allocated to them as shown on their Ticket, unless requested otherwise by Paris Basketball in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.2 below.
Temporary exits from the Arena shall be made through the main access door and spectators must present their valid access pass upon return, which will be read and recorded by the Arena’s access control system and/or checked by a Paris Basketball staff member.
The Beneficiary undertakes to adopt a fair‑play attitude and behaviour that is not contrary to sports ethics and, more generally, that is not likely to disrupt the smooth running of the match or prejudice other clients. The Beneficiary also undertakes to wear appropriate attire suited to the services included in the Hospitality Offer.
It is specified that the catering provider may offer alcoholic beverages to the Beneficiary within the hospitality areas.
The Client is made aware of and undertakes to make the Beneficiary aware of the health and behavioural risks associated with alcohol consumption.
The Client guarantees that the Beneficiary will respect reasonable limits regarding consumption, and Paris Basketball is discharged from all liability in this regard.
In the event of non‑compliance with these provisions, the Beneficiary may be refused entry to the Arena and/or to lounges and indoor or outdoor areas of the Arena, or may be escorted outside the Arena and/or said areas, without prejudice to the sanctions provided for in Article 16.7 below, and without being entitled to any refund.
12.4 Business Ethics
The Client represents and warrants that they are aware of and undertake to act in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in France and abroad, against corruption, influence peddling, and conflicts of interest.
The Client undertakes and vouches for the compliance with this commitment by its employees, shareholders, directors, officers, affiliates, subcontractors, and legal representatives.
13. LOSS OR THEFT OF HOSPITALITY OFFER TICKETS
In the event of loss or theft of match Tickets on a match day, the Client shall report to the ticket office counters indicated at the Arena entrance.
Paris Basketball will verify the Client’s identity and that the original match Ticket has not been used before deciding whether to issue a duplicate, which will invalidate the original Tickets.
14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
14.1 Team Line‑ups, Fixtures and Times
Public or promotional documents presented to the Client—such as team line‑ups, fixtures, and match times—are not contractual. They are published and may be modified at any time by the LNB and/or the FFBB and/or any administrative authority, without Paris Basketball incurring any liability.
14.2 Seating
Security or hygiene requirements, organisers’ requirements, organisational needs, or force majeure may, in exceptional circumstances, lead Paris Basketball to offer the Beneficiary, during a Season, a seat different from that indicated on the Order Form or on their Ticket, but of comparable quality, without Paris Basketball incurring any liability.
In the context of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer subscribed for several Seasons, if Paris Basketball is unable to offer the Client the seat for which they subscribed a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer for an entire Season, the Client and Paris Basketball shall each have the right to terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the other party, giving one month’s notice before the start of the relevant Season, with reimbursement, where applicable, of the sums collected by Paris Basketball for this purpose, without any other compensation.
14.3 External Cause
Paris Basketball’s liability may in no event be engaged for events constituting force majeure or the act of a third party.
Excluded from its liability in particular are: bad weather; strikes; regulatory changes; ground suspensions; postponement or cancellation of a match; a decision of a competent authority (e.g., prefectoral or ministerial order; decision by the LNB, FFBB, etc.).
In the event of any of the above, Paris Basketball will decide, at its sole discretion and without obligation, whether or not to grant the Client compensation.
14.4 Cloakrooms/Left‑Luggage
Use of cloakrooms/left‑luggage facilities is at the Beneficiary’s own risk. Consequently, Paris Basketball disclaims all liability in the event of loss, theft, damage, etc. to deposited items, and the Beneficiary waives any claim of any kind against Paris Basketball in this respect.
14.5 Incident and Damage
The Beneficiary disclaims any liability for damage suffered by any person as a result of any incident occurring during a match held in Paris Basketball’s Arena, except in the event of gross negligence proven against the Beneficiary.
15. IMAGE RIGHTS
Any person attending a Paris Basketball match at the Arena consents to Paris Basketball, free of charge, worldwide and for the legal term of protection of copyright, capturing, using, exploiting, and reproducing their image and voice on any media now known or hereafter devised in connection with the matches and/or any event‑related operation connected with Paris Basketball and/or its partners, such as photographs, live or delayed television broadcasts, digital media, programmes and/or video or audio recordings, and such rights may be freely assigned by Paris Basketball to any third party of its choice.
16. SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF THE TICKETING AND/OR HOSPITALITY OFFER BY PARIS BASKETBALL
16.1 Non‑Payment
In the event of non‑payment, Paris Basketball reserves the right, depending on the seriousness of the breach, to suspend or terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
A suspended Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer may only be reactivated upon payment to Paris Basketball of the outstanding balance and any late‑payment interest due.
Given the technical and operational time required for this process, Paris Basketball will use its best efforts to reactivate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer following full collection of the sums due.
Failure to pay all or part of the amounts due by a Client on the due date may result in the application of moratory interest equal to three (3) times the legal interest rate in force, applicable to the total outstanding receivable and accruing from the day following the last day of the payment period until full payment.
16.2 Arena Bans
As soon as Paris Basketball is informed, in accordance with Articles L.332‑15 and L.332‑16 of the French Sports Code, that a Client is subject to an administrative or judicial stadium ban, Paris Basketball will terminate the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer as of right.
16.3 Unlawful Resale
Any resale/offer for resale or any exchange/offer for exchange for any consideration whatsoever of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, of a right of access to a match included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, and/or of hospitality services included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer is strictly prohibited. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than the purchase price charged by Paris Basketball is an aggravating factor.
In the event of a breach of this prohibition, Paris Basketball reserves the right, depending on the seriousness of the breach, to suspend or terminate as of right the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer without prejudice to the penalties provided for in Article 313‑6‑2 of the French Criminal Code.
16.4 Offences Inside or in the Vicinity of the Arena or Hospitality Areas
Any fraud or attempted fraud established at the Arena or from records of gate passages, any breach of the Arena’s Internal Rules, any breach of these Ticketing and Hospitality T&Cs (in particular the commitments to tolerance and respect set out in Article 12.2) or of the legislation relating to safety in sports venues (in particular prohibitions on introducing, possessing, and using pyrotechnic devices), whether committed by the Client or by any Beneficiary, will entail, at Paris Basketball’s discretion and depending on the seriousness of the breach, the application as of right of the sanctions provided for in the Arena’s Internal Rules as well as the suspension or termination as of right of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
16.5 Offences Outside the Arena
Any behaviour connected with Paris Basketball’s activities that may harm others, damage the image of Paris Basketball, or the honour of its managers or staff, cause bodily injury or damage to property, and/or any aggressive, violent, provocative, insulting, abusive, uncivil, indecent, or immoral behaviour committed by a Beneficiary will entail, at Paris Basketball’s discretion and depending on the seriousness of the breach, the suspension or termination as of right of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
16.6 Commercial Activities/Betting
It is prohibited to conduct any promotional or commercial activity (including, without limitation, advertising; awarding prizes for competitions or lotteries; inclusion in a travel offer, etc.) in relation to Hospitality Season Tickets, the access rights included in Hospitality Season Tickets, and/or the hospitality services included in the Hospitality Offer, in connection with hospitality services provided by a Beneficiary or by any third party, without the prior written consent of Paris Basketball.
It is also prohibited to conduct any promotional or commercial activity in the Arena during a match without the prior written consent of Paris Basketball or, depending on the match concerned, of the LNB or FFBB.
Beneficiaries are also prohibited from recording, transmitting, and/or exploiting sounds, images, data, statistics, and/or descriptions of a match for purposes other than private use, without the prior written consent of Paris Basketball or, depending on the match concerned, of the LNB or FFBB.
Finally, as part of combating the risks of fraud arising from sports betting, it is strictly prohibited for any Beneficiary to place bets within the Arena on the match being played without Paris Basketball’s authorisation.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions will entail, at Paris Basketball’s discretion, the suspension or termination as of right of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
16.7 Amounts Due
In the event of termination of a Hospitality Offer by Paris Basketball, all amounts due and to become due by the Client in respect of said Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer shall become immediately payable as of right, without prejudice to legal proceedings.
Paris Basketball will decide, at its sole discretion and without obligation, whether to grant a refund, the amount of which shall be equal to the amount of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer multiplied by the ratio of the number of matches remaining to be played.
17. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The Beneficiary is informed that, for their safety, the Arena is equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of Judicial Police Officers and that the footage may be used in judicial proceedings.
A right of access is provided in accordance with Article L253‑5 of the French Internal Security Code. It may be exercised by post at the following address: Paris Basketball, 81 boulevard Massena, 75013 Paris.
18. INTUITU PERSONAE
The Client acknowledges that Paris Basketball agreed to the subscription of a Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer in consideration of the Client’s identity and representations. Consequently, the Client guarantees the accuracy of the information requested concerning their personal situation and undertakes to inform Paris Basketball spontaneously of any changes during the term of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer. The Client notably undertakes to maintain a valid email address throughout the term of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer.
19. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Paris Basketball undertakes to process and retain all personal information entrusted by the Client in compliance with personal data protection regulations and Paris Basketball’s personal data protection policy available on its website, solely for the organisation and management of matches included in the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer and to keep the Client informed of Paris Basketball news and to give the Client priority access to offers of goods and services related to the activity of Paris Basketball and its partners.
It is further recalled that under Article L.332‑1 of the French Sports Code: “To contribute to the safety of sporting events, the organisers of these events may refuse or cancel the issuance of access passes to these events or refuse access to persons who have contravened or contravene the provisions of the general conditions of sale or of the internal rules relating to the safety of these events. To this end, organisers may establish an automated processing of personal data relating to the breaches referred to in the penultimate paragraph of this article, under conditions set by a decree of the Conseil d’État issued after a reasoned and published opinion of the National Commission on Informatics and Liberties (CNIL).”
The Client is informed that they have, with respect to this information, the right to access, rectify, and update data concerning them when it is inaccurate or incomplete, as well as the right to erasure.
The Client may request the portability of their data. The Client also has the right to object to or request the restriction of processing.
The Client may also send Paris Basketball their instructions regarding the retention, erasure, or disclosure of their data in the event of death and designate the person who will be responsible for this.
To exercise these rights, the Client need only send a message with proof of identity to the following email address: [email protected] or by post to: Paris Basketball, 81 boulevard Massena, 75013 Paris.
Paris Basketball will do its best to respond to any questions concerning the personal data processing it carries out.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client may, if they wish, lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) as indicated on its website (https://www.cnil.fr).
20. CLIENT SUPPORT/RELATIONS
For any questions or complaints strictly relating to the follow‑up of the subscription and the use of the Ticketing and/or Hospitality Offer, Paris Basketball can be contacted by email at [email protected] or by telephone at +33 6 28 65 62 82.

In accordance with Article L.612‑1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the consumer Client may, within one year from the written complaint sent to Paris Basketball by electronic means, refer the matter free of charge to the mediation service to which Paris Basketball adheres.
Failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Made in Paris, on 25/01/2024.
By signing the Order Form and/or by accepting these T&Cs online, the Client acknowledges having read in advance and accepted without reservation these Hospitality T&Cs, the Price of their Hospitality Offer, and the Arena’s Internal Rules.
