Biography of Enzo Shahrvin
When power meets… power, you get Enzo Shahrvin. Born on February 13, 2003, in Évry, the power forward embodies hard work and resilience for any child dreaming of playing in the Pro A league.
Enzo Shahrvin began his basketball journey at the age of 10. More specifically, in Gif-sur-Yvette, where his athletic abilities made him one to watch. But it was when he won the regional championship playing for Bures-sur-Yvette that young Enzo had a revelation: he wanted to make a living playing basketball, period! His determination to overcome every obstacle in his path eventually paid off. Playing for the Bruguières U15 team, the power forward reached the final of the French B championship. Then, in his second year in the category, Élan Béarnais offered him the opportunity to join their training center. Enzo seized this opportunity immediately. In his first game with the first team, the power forward blocked three shots! He then went on to play in the LNB playoffs at just 19 years old.
This was followed by an excellent 2022-2023 season with 34 games. In his first steps in the elite, Enzo showed no hesitation in the opponent’s paint. On the contrary, he made excellent use of his physicality on both sides of the court. His performances did not go unnoticed in the capital. He had all the makings of a future star center in the league, and Paris Basketball sensed a good opportunity. Back home, the power forward filled his trophy cabinet with the EuroCup, Leaders Cup, National Cup, and, above all, the French Championship.
Returning from his loan spell at Saint-Quentin during the second half of the 2024-2025 season, Enzo Shahrvin is starting this new chapter at Paris Basketball with the same desire that took him to the top of French basketball.
