Paris Basketball power 15!

Pushed hard by the Evans-Feliz duo, Paris Basketball came out on top at the Halle Carpentier on Tuesday, 89-82. The result was a 15th EuroCup victory for TJ Shorts’ team-mates.

Already assured of finishing top of their group, our Parisians were thwarted by a determined Spanish side in the second half, bringing the score to 62-62 with 10 minutes remaining.

Last night, it was the Parisian duo from the adidas Eurocamp who came out of the hat: Enzo Shahrvin and Nadir Hifi. The former made a fine interception, dunked in transition and trash-talked his direct opponent to start the revolt; the latter stunned the visitors with 2 clutch 3-point shots in the last 2 minutes. A breathtaking scenario.

Shahrvin dominant

Hampered by injuries at the start of the season, Enzo put in his best performance in a Parisian shirt since his arrival: 12 points at 6/7 on target, 2 rebounds, 2 steals and 17 points in 14 minutes.

What’s next for Paris

This Saturday (6.30pm), the Parisians travel east to face Strasbourg at the Rhénus in Betclic ELITE. Then it’s off to Carpentier for the last time, when they welcome Olimpija Ljubljana on Wednesday February 7 (8.45pm).
