How do I receive my season tickets?
Once our new platform is launched, you’ll be able to download your tickets directly from there.
Until then, tickets will be sent to you by email approximately 3 weeks before each game, depending on the match release schedule.

Does my subscription include relocated games?
Yes! All games are included in your subscription, even those played outside the adidas arena. With a seat equivalent to the one you originally chose.

Do you sell tickets for away games?
No, we currently do not sell tickets for away games.

How can I benefit from the referral program?
If you want to refer someone, contact your Paris Basketball rep and share the full contact details of the person you wish to refer (first name, last name, email, postal address, phone number).

Which games are included in my 25/26 subscription?
This is an All-Inclusive subscription.

I want to get an extra seat. How can I do that?
Our ticketing team will send you a dedicated link or form before each game, allowing you to purchase up to 4 additional tickets at the reduced subscriber rate.

Can I change my seat after subscribing?
No. The seat you selected during your online subscription is final for the season.

I can’t attend. What can I do with my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, since they’re non-nominative, you’re free to give or resell them to anyone you choose.
