The Business Club brings its season to a close at Lagardère Paris Racing

For this 16th and final event of the season, the Paris Basketball Business Club invited its members to Lagardère Paris Racing for a truly unique padel tournament.

A padel tournament with a Paris Basketball twist !

To forge new connections between its members, our Business Club has revamped the usual format. This year, there were no pre-selected pairs… but mystery pairs instead! The group stage was scored on an individual basis, so participants changed partners for each match.

A simple rule that both helped break the ice between those who didn’t yet know each other and strengthened the bonds already forged between the club’s regulars.

Next came the semi-finals, followed by the grand final! At the end of a competition that was as fiercely contested as it was lively, Jérôme Kent and Mathieu Girard ultimately won the tournament.

A cocktail to round things off in style

After all that effort, it was time to unwind ! Those three hours of play were followed by a cocktail reception. It was a chance to chat at leisure over a generous buffet. An opportunity to continue the conversations that had started on court before heading off on holiday on a friendly note.
