European Last Dance in Kaunas

The final curtain falls ! For their last EuroLeague game of the season, Paris Basketball will face three of their former players this Friday at 7 p.m. against Žalgiris Kaunas for the 38th round of games.

Our 2025-2026 European adventure comes to an end with a truly challenging matchup. This game is especially important for Žalgiris, the Lithuanians. Kaunas is fighting for a playoff spot against our Parisians. One of the best defenses in the EuroLeague will nevertheless have a tough time against this offensive firepower from Paris.

Having lost only once since Julius Thomas was promoted to head coach, Paris Basketball continues to make waves in Europe. Virtus, Milan, and more recently Maccabi have all felt the full force of our recent stellar form. As exemplified by Nadir’s 30-point performance against SIG last Saturday, Paris can catch fire at any moment. This is a rather special match, given that the opposing team features no fewer than three former Paris Saint-Germain players : Sylvain Francisco, Maodo Lô, and Dustin Sleva.
