A successful debut for our Foundation’s Gala

Commitment, collaboration, and extraordinary dedication… On 14 April, the Paris Basketball Foundation invited partners, sponsors and supporters to the adidas arena for the very first edition of its ‘Rising Lights’ Gala. An exceptional evening in every respect !

200 ! Nearly 200 guests attended this evening, which featured a Michelin-starred dinner, immersive experiences and an auction. It was an occasion that lived up to our ambitions, thanks to the rare energy brought by our participants. And with over €200,000 raised, this event is a testament to the dedication of those who have supported the project since its inception.

Beyond the figures, what matters most is the momentum that has been built up. Thanks to this success, the Paris Basketball Foundation will be able to step up its activities and increase its impact on young people in the Île-de-France region.

Among the projects made possible is the Strong’Her programme, run in partnership with the Maison des Femmes. This is a powerful initiative in which sport acts as a real catalyst for the personal development of the women supported.

This first edition of the ‘Rising Lights’ Gala thus marks a key milestone in the Foundation’s development. This inaugural event will undoubtedly pave the way for new initiatives aimed at helping those most in need.
