This Thursday, January 9, 2025, Paris Basketball officially announces the departure of Michael Kessens. An agreement was reached today, allowing the player to join another team where he will benefit from increased playing time.
Joining from Bonn in the summer of 2023, the 33-year-old quickly became an essential part of the Parisian locker room. Named captain last season and co-captain this year, he played 69 games in the Paris jersey and left a lasting mark on the city.
A winner of the Leaders Cup, the EuroCup, and a French league runner-up, “Mike” will undoubtedly remain a key figure in Paris Basketball’s history.
