Paris, it’s all about 9!

Nine consecutive wins in the EuroLeague! By defeating Maccabi Tel Aviv (93-81), our Parisians secured another victory, staying at the top of the standings ahead of Friday’s game in Athens.

But where will this team stop? Against Maccabi Tel Aviv, our Parisians had a great time, clinching their ninth straight win in the EuroLeague! A perfect way to kick off the week before facing Olympiakos on Friday evening.

November’s MVP, T.J. Shorts, showcased his immense talent right from the start. In a game where we set the pace, Maccabi quickly fell behind. Coming off the bench, Maodo Lô immediately found his rhythm from beyond the arc before Nadir Hifi answered with two three-pointers of his own.

An Unrelenting Pace

With T.J. masterfully orchestrating the game, the entire team found success and contributed to a flawless first half. Forcing Jaylen Hoard and his teammates to play fast, our players executed the game plan to perfection (50-36). In addition to keeping them running, we displayed incredible shooting accuracy during these first 20 minutes (10/20 from three-point range at halftime).

After the break, with fresh legs, we picked up right where we left off. Tyson Ward finished an alley-oop on a fast break, giving us a lead of over 20 points (60-39). But Tel Aviv fought back, narrowing the gap to ten points before the start of the final quarter.

Kevarrius Hayes kicked off the last 10 minutes with a powerful dunk. Maodo (20 points) controlled the tempo and delivered clutch baskets while T.J. (22 points, 8 assists) sat on the bench in his MVP mode. To seal the game, he sent Tyson Ward soaring for a decisive blow to the Maccabi team (93-81).

A perfect start to the week with this ninth consecutive win before heading to Olympiakos’ court on Friday night, followed by hosting Monaco on Sunday at the Adidas Arena.
