Paris impresses in its debut

On fire from 3-point range, Paris Basketball got its Betclic ÉLITE season off to the best possible start with a 66-109 victory over Gravelines-Dunkerque on Saturday.

+43! At the Stade des Flandres, our Parisians made short work of Gravelines-Dunkerque. From the tip-off, Francesco Tabellini’s men imposed their frenetic pace with devilish accuracy (62% from 3-point range in the first half)! Add to that increased dominance in the paint (24 rebounds to 12), and Paris was up by 24 at halftime. Paris impresses in its debut.

Led by four players with more than 10 points (M’Baye, Hifi, Willis, and Robinson), Yak’s teammates played at the same pace after returning from the locker room. At the same time, when M’Baye racked up 17 points and Dokossi grabbed 11 rebounds, everything became easier. The final score was 66-109, a promising first win for the players from the capital.

For this first game of the season, the message is clear: Paris is aiming for back-to-back titles. So to support our team in this new title race, just click on this link
