Paris held to a draw in Nancy
Unlucky from the 3-point line, Paris Basketball lost 97-90 on Saturday evening in Nancy for the first time after seven consecutive league wins.
Leaders of Betclic ÉLITE, Paris Basketball faced a strong Nancy side on the 11th day of the regular season.
Led by Nolley II, the league’s top scorer, SLUC gave Paris a tough time. Effective from behind the arc, the Lorraine side quickly lost momentum, however, due to increased pressure from our players on the opposition’s fast breaks.
Leading at the start of the second quarter (22-26), Paris Basketball faced a red-hot Fleming Jr. who allowed Nancy to end the first half in the lead (47-41). But despite a 43-point performance from the all-star duo of Hifi–M’Baye, our Parisians struggled with their outside shooting (10/36 – 28%). An off day that resulted in defeat (97-90).

Our French champions will face FC Barcelona this Tuesday at the adidas arena. Reserve your tickets for this EuroLeague clash by clicking on this link.
