Paris solid at home

At home, Paris Basketball’s Espoirs secured their fourth victory in five games last Saturday against Le Portel (80-75), consolidating their place in the top 6.

Our Parisians hosted Le Portel on the ninth day of the Espoirs ÉLITE season. Coming off a defeat against JL, Paris got off to a bad start.

Trailing on the scoreboard at the end of the first quarter, our Espoirs reacted immediately. Ilian Moungalla’s teammates, with 23 points, 9 rebounds and a rating of 30, took control of the last three quarters before winning the game with a controlled finish.

Back in the play-off spots, Julien Mahé’s team will host Saint-Quentin on Saturday, December 6.
