Paris eclipses Partizan
In this battle for the EuroLeague podium, Paris Basketball defeated Partizan Belgrade, previously undefeated on its home court, 83-101.
Partizan was powerless to stop them… Well on its way to a top 10 finish in the EuroLeague, Paris Basketball was looking to continue its winning streak on the sixth day of competition. And for their first away game in more than two weeks, our Parisians travelled to the Serbian stronghold.
With both teams tied in the standings, the top three spots will be decided this Friday at 8:30 p.m. Known for their strong starts, Tabellini’s men punish any defensive lapses with three-pointers (50% on 8/16). To stay in the game, Partizan racks up mid-range shots and free throws.
The result: only one possession separates the two teams at the break. But as soon as they return to the court, Paris Basketball shifts into high gear. With devastating accuracy, Ouattara‘s teammates add steals to their 14 points. It’s a decisive run in the third quarter that the home team is unable to overcome.

The EuroLeague’s second-placed team will be back at the adidas arena on Tuesday to host Anadolu Efes. So don’t miss out on the last few tickets available and come and support Paris Basketball !
