First win for Paris

IN CONTROL! Dominating both sides of the court, our Parisians ended their first week of EuroLeague action with a convincing victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv (91-101).

Paris continues its perfect record against Maccabi. Having enjoyed success against the same Israeli team last year, Paris Basketball maintained its momentum throughout the 40 minutes.

From the opening whistle to Amath M’Baye’s final free throws, our players never faltered. Jaylen Hoard’s teammates got off to a flying start, and Paris’s uptempo basketball soon took hold. With the ball, Maccabi was constantly pushed back, forced to attempt difficult shots. Dominated, the Israelis were powerless against the physical superiority imposed by the players from the capital.

Capable of punishing their opponents, as demonstrated by the 36 points scored by the Hifi-Robinson duo, Paris Basketball gave Maccabi, who were ultra-dependent, a real run for their money.
