One Win Away from the Title

After a fully controlled performance, Paris Basketball secured a crucial win over AS Monaco (92–67). This second consecutive victory puts our Parisians just one win away from the title !

ONE MORE TO GO! What a game delivered by our Parisians this Tuesday night. In a roaring Adidas Arena, Paris Basketball won in style against a Monaco team completely overwhelmed. Right from the start, our players came out strong. Fueled by the electric energy of the crowd and a dazzling TJ Shorts (28 points), Tiago Splitter’s men set the pace and quickly built a substantial lead, delivering a brutal 10–0 run in just 90 seconds! On defense, our Parisians were just as locked in. Thanks to Kevarrius Hayes’ presence in the paint, the team came up with multiple stops and scored numerous points on fast breaks, leaving the Monégasques completely under water. The result at halftime was clear: Paris led comfortably (41–28).

Back from the locker room, Paris switched to “avalanche mode.” Brimming with confidence, our players caught fire from beyond the arc and crushed the Principality’s team. Mikael Jantunen, Nadir Hifi, Sebastian Herrera, Daulton Hommes… everyone contributed to the offensive show. In fact, every single player on the roster scored Tuesday night. With a commanding lead entering the final 10 minutes (30′, 70–45), the game was all but over. The fourth quarter was mostly a formality, though it was highlighted once again by a signature stepback from our sharpshooter Nadir Hifi. Paris Basketball now leads the series 2–0 and is just one win away from clinching the first French championship title in club history !

Now, the goal is simple: bring the trophy home ! First match point for our Parisians this Friday in Monaco !
