A question about how the matches work?
Check the FAQ below or contact us if you can’t find your answer.
- Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets directly through the Paris Basketball ticketing platform, as well as on the adidas arena website, Fnac, and Ticketmaster.
We recommend using our official ticketing page, where you’ll usually find the most availability.
🎟️ Paris Basketball Ticketing: Billetterie – Paris Basketball ⚫🔵🔴📩 For group bookings (companies, schools, clubs): [email protected]
📩 For VIP offers: [email protected] - Who are the official ticket sellers for this experience?
Tickets are only officially available via Ticketmaster.
They are not sold through any other websites or ticketing platforms. - How far in advance does online ticketing open before a game?
The release date varies from one game to another.
To make sure you don’t miss a specific game going on sale, we recommend signing up for ticket alerts in the “Upcoming Games” section of our website. - Why do ticket options differ between the adidas arena website and your ticketing platform?
The adidas arena has priority access to ticket sales, which is why some seats appear there first.
However, most tickets are available on the Paris Basketball website, often with better seat visibility. - My payment keeps failing. What should I do?
First, try switching devices (PC, smartphone, tablet), browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge), or using a different card.
Note: you can only buy up to 7 tickets per order. Exceeding this limit will result in a failed transaction.
This limit helps prevent fraudulent resales and no-shows, ensuring a better experience for all fans.
If you want to buy more than 7 tickets, we recommend making two separate purchases, selecting seats directly on the map to ensure they’re side by side.
📩 For orders of more than 10 tickets, contact our group service: [email protected]
