Once the new platform is fully set up, you’ll be able to download your tickets directly from there.
Until then, you’ll receive your tickets by email approximately 3 weeks before each game.
This timeline may vary depending on when games are officially released for sale. - Does my season ticket include relocated games?
Yes, your subscription includes all games, including those played at alternative venues (with an equivalent seat).
- How can I benefit from the referral program?
If a friend wants to subscribe, they just need to send an email to

The EuroLeague has officially moved to 20 teams.
The two additional home games are automatically included in your Classic or All-Inclusive season ticket. - What games are included in my 25/26 season ticket?
If you chose the ALL-INCLUSIVE plan:
✅ You get all regular-season home games from Betclic ÉLITE (15 games), EuroLeague (19 games),
as well as potential Coupe de France qualifiers and any play-ins or playoffs during the 25/26 season.

Before each game, our ticketing team will send you a link or form to purchase up to 4 extra seats at a discounted rate.
- Can I change my seat after subscribing?
No, the seat selected during your online purchase is final and cannot be changed during the season.
- How can I purchase an extra seat next to mine?
The seats next to yours may already be taken by another subscriber.
Please email us the seat(s) you’d like to add, and we’ll get back to you with the best options available. - I can’t find my Ticketmaster login to renew. What should I do?
When renewing through our newsletter link, a Ticketmaster login page will appear.
If it’s your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” and enter the email you used with the club.
You’ll receive an email from [email protected] to reset your password.
Once reset, you can access the platform with your new credentials ✅ - I subscribed online. How do I access my tickets?
If you subscribed online, all your tickets will be available through your personal Ticketmaster account.
⚠️ For high-demand games, tickets may only become available a few days before the match.
- Can I purchase multiple subscriptions under one name?
Yes, but if you’re coming as a group and everyone wants to access their own tickets and receive club updates,
we recommend each person purchases their own subscription. - Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! You can pay in 4 monthly instalments with no extra fees via PayPal, for totals under €2,000 (incl. VAT).
- Can I subscribe during the season?
Yes. You can subscribe until the end of October.
That said, the earlier you subscribe, the better the seat and pricing you’ll get.We usually offer a “half-season” package around January, but it’s less advantageous than a full subscription.
Keep an eye on our website around that time for details.
- Why did the category of my seat change?
As this will be our first full season at the adidas arena, we’ve updated our seat categories.
So it’s normal if your seat falls under a different category than in 24/25. - I can’t download my tickets for the upcoming season. Why?
The tickets shown on the platform are temporary stubs, not the actual tickets.
You don’t need to print them — your real tickets will be available later in the season. - What does the price on my ticket mean?
The amount shown on your ticket reflects the unit price calculated from your chosen subscription.
It’s based on the seat category and location you selected at checkout,
then evenly spread across all the games included (34 for Classic, up to 53 for All-Inclusive). - Why is there an extra €1.65 fee on my order?
That’s the service and processing fee charged by Ticketmaster ⚙️
- How can I receive updates from Paris Basketball?
Log in to your Ticketmaster account and go to “My Information”.
Just check the box for “receive club updates”! - I can’t attend. What can I do with my ticket?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
However, since they’re not tied to a specific name, you can give or resell them to anyone you like.
