Hero of the Game : Strengthening Bonds

In front of more than 6,000 spectators, the Paris Basketball Foundation welcomed the Home Sweet Mômes association on March 15 as part of the Hero of the Game event. Home Sweet Mômes is a local organization that creates spaces for children and families to come together.

Like the adidas arena, Home Sweet Mômes is located in the capital’s 18th arrondissement. The association is particularly active in the neighborhoods of Goutte d’Or, Poissonniers, and La Chapelle. There, it runs community spaces that are both welcoming and intergenerational. Through various activities, young people and their families can play, interact, and have a good time… with other local families!

Behind these moments of leisure lies a much broader ambition: to rebuild community ties in neighborhoods marked by significant inequality, encourage social diversity, and, above all, support families in their daily lives.

Their visit to the adidas arena highlighted this collective energy and the local initiatives that bring our neighborhoods to life. It serves as a reminder that on the field and elsewhere, the most beautiful dynamics often arise from connection and sharing.
