Our women’s team in fine form ahead of their match at the adidas arena

There was no contest this Saturday during the 13th round of Nationale II at the adidas arena annex. The Paris Basketball women’s team literally rolled over Strasbourg for 40 minutes (104-52) !

Paris has been on a roll lately. After winning their first game of the year in front of their home crowd against Orly (61-57), our women’s team could not afford to make any mistakes against SIG. The race for promotion could indeed be decided by point difference. And Paris understood that very well.

From the start of the match, our players made life hell for the visitors, who were outplayed in every aspect. The pace was such that the Alsatians spent their time chasing the ball. Meanwhile, Paris Basketball stuck to its plan: aggression – recovery – up-tempo play – basket, aggression – recovery…

The outcome of this match was clear from the outset. Our Parisian players were clearly superior, and this was reflected on the scoreboard.
