Hero of the Game : Ambition through play

During our US Night on Tuesday against Le Portel, our Hero of the Game promoted the social power of basketball with Impact Academy.

Enabling young people aged 9 to 21 from disadvantaged areas to dream bigger… thanks to basketball! This is the ambition of our Hero of the Game, displayed in front of a packed adidas arena.

On Tuesday evening on the Paris Basketball court, Promesse Djomo, founder of the association, outlined all the initiatives implemented by Impact Academy.

Each training session seeks to develop discipline, rigour, team spirit and resilience in these young people. This is achieved through themed exercises and matches that push them to give their best.

But Impact Academy‘s commitment goes beyond sport. These budding basketball players also benefit from personalised support. This includes academic support, career guidance workshops, personal development coaching and civic activities.

Through these activities, the association aims to give each and every one of them the opportunity to flourish in all aspects of life, build their career plans and strengthen their commitment to society.
