The Foundation is committed to combating gender-based and sexual violence

On this International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Paris Basketball Foundation is taking action against gender-based and sexual violence (GSV) in sport.

Continuing its partnership with Colosse aux pieds d’argile, the Paris Basketball Foundation is strengthening its commitment to safe and inclusive sport.

Alongside the association, the club has organized awareness-raising activities among stakeholders in our ecosystem over the past few weeks.

All teams, young people from the training center, volunteers, and employees have been invited to participate in this initiative. The goal is to create a sporting environment free of any form of violence, abuse, or discrimination, where respect and safety for all are guaranteed.

This initiative reflects Paris Basketball’s desire to promote a healthy but also responsible environment, in line with the club’s values and social role. Because we firmly believe that sport should be a vehicle for kindness.

Through this initiative, the Foundation is affirming its commitment to a protective, inclusive, and respectful club.
