Paris loses by one point in Dubai

After a thrilling finish, Paris Basketball lost this Top 10 clash in Dubai (90-89) on the 13th day of the EuroLeague.

After Jared Rhoden last Friday, Lamar Stevens played his first minutes with Paris Basketball on Tuesday evening in Dubai. It was a challenging debut against a serious contender for the EuroLeague Top 10.

In line with its recent games, Paris took an early lead thanks to four consecutive three-point shots in the first three minutes. In addition to their excellent shooting, our Parisians added defensive stops and forced Dubai into mistakes (six turnovers in the first quarter).

But from a +15 lead at the start of the second quarter (17-32), Paris Basketball began the second half down by one (46-45). However, our players took advantage of the home team’s 16% shooting in the third quarter to take the lead. Led by Derek Willis with 22 points, the teammates hung on in a big money time before McKinley Wright sealed the victory for Dubai (90-89).

In a few days, our Parisian team will return to the adidas arena to face Saint-Quentin on Sunday, December 7. Get your tickets now by clicking on this link.
