Paris Basketball loses in Piraeus
Justin Robinson‘s Paris Basketball team, ON FIRE, narrowly lost to Olympiacos (98-86) in Piraeus on the 12th day of the EuroLeague.
Without Nadir Hifi, the competition’s top scorer, our Parisian team took Olympiacos by surprise right from the start.
After a round of observation, Justin Robinson came out of his shell to deliver one of the best first quarters of his career. Shooting 5/6 from behind the arc in just six minutes, our combo guard helped Paris Basketball build a three-possession lead at the start of the second quarter (21-29). Coming off the bench, our former forward Tyson Ward carried a Greek second unit that went on a big run against Paris (13-1).
Trailing at the break (58-49), our players continued to rely on their solid shooting (41% from 3-point range) to stay in the game. The pressure was mounting, and Paris’s 19 turnovers proved costly at key moments. In the end, Justin Robinson set a new scoring record with 35 points in a 98-86 defeat.

This series of EuroLeague away games will conclude on Sunday, December 7, when Saint-Quentin visits the adidas arena. So come out in force to support Paris Basketball by clicking on the link.
