Derek Willis Arrives in Paris

Bringing valuable EuroLeague experience, Derek Willis joins the Paris Basketball roster starting with the 2025/2026 season. The American power forward has signed a two-year deal with the capital city club.

A new face on the banks of the Seine. Derek Willis, a 2.06m (6’9”) power forward, is joining Paris Basketball. The American—whose profile is somewhat similar to that of Tyson Ward—has committed to the team for the next two seasons. A product of the Kentucky Wildcats in the NCAA, and a seasoned EuroLeague player with Anadolu Efes (2023–2025), the Louisville native brings size, long-range shooting ability, and a strong interior presence. His skill set will help Paris continue to rise on Europe’s biggest stage.
