First, Paris Makes History

At the end of a masterfully executed game, our Parisians secured a 105–86 victory on the court of SLUC Nancy. A valuable win that grants us first place in the league—right at the buzzer !

HISTORIC. In a sublime match where our Paris players never let up, Paris Basketball clinched victory in Lorraine ! In the first half, our team came out strong. Led by a red-hot Nadir Hifi (20 pts, 66% from three), Tiago Splitter’s men immediately went on the attack, capitalizing on numerous offensive rebounds grabbed by our big men to rack up points in the paint. Completely dominant, TJ even pulled off a massive alley-oop to Tyson Ward at the buzzer. At halftime, it was the visitors who held the lead (45–62).

Then, coming out of the locker room, Paris kept up the intensity—and even kicked it up a notch. Collin Malcolm (12 pts, 60% from three) took control and kept the pace going with a series of long-range shots… before Maodo Lô stepped up with his signature stepback to mark his 700th career appearance in style. With an 18-point lead heading into the final 10 minutes, the game looked sealed. But Nancy didn’t give up. Driven by a phenomenal Clément Frisch (21 pts), SLUC managed to close the gap to under 10 points. That glimmer of hope was quickly extinguished by Nadir, who knocked down two clutch three-pointers to secure our win on Lorraine soil once and for all.

Thanks to AS Monaco’s loss on the road in Chalon, we reclaim first place from ASVEL to finish the regular season at the top of the standings—for the first time in our history ! A sensational performance by our Parisians, who finish this marathon in style and earn home-court advantage for the entire playoffs !
