Play International Honored as the Hero of the Game !

During the Paris Basketball vs. Le Mans game on April 6th, the Paris Basketball Foundation had the pleasure of shining a spotlight on Play International through its Hero of the Game initiative.

Since its creation, Play International has harnessed the power of sport as a tool for education and social inclusion. The organization develops innovative projects both in France and abroad to promote access to education, support mental health, and fight inequality. By relying on game-based teaching methods, Play International transforms sport into a true driver of social change.

As our Hero of the Game, Play International was honored in front of 7,000 spectators at the Adidas Arena. The organization’s team was invited to showcase their work on the court, and a tribute was paid to their beneficiaries and volunteers — real everyday heroes. It was a powerful and inspiring moment, embodying the values of solidarity, commitment, and equality championed by the Paris Basketball Foundation.

Through this initiative, the Paris Basketball Foundation aims to provide a platform for those working toward a fairer world, while raising public awareness about some of society’s most pressing issues.
