Paris Finishes in Style

In a fiery Adidas Arena, our Parisians got the job done against Alba Berlin to wrap up the regular season in style (72–63). A precious victory that guarantees us, at the very least, a home game during the play-ins !

Paris isn’t just magical—Paris is magnificent ! From start to finish, our team controlled the game with a focused and committed collective effort to claim victory in a sold-out Adidas Arena (72–63). In the first half, Tiago Splitter’s men dictated the pace. Fired up from beyond the arc, Michael Jantunen led the charge with a scorching 75% shooting percentage, inspiring his teammates to follow his lead and rain down threes on the Germans, who could only watch the damage unfold. Deadly outside shooting combined with intense defense in the paint—this perfect combo made for a flawless first half. As expected, we went into the break with a solid lead (20’, 46–31).

Back from the locker room, Paris continued to control the tempo. Nadir Hifi even pulled off a few highlight-reel moves, including an “ankle breaker” followed by a deep three-pointer that sent his defender straight back to Berlin. In the final 10 minutes, the Parisians stayed sharp and focused, with Tyson Ward dominating the paint and delivering multiple blocks that had the entire arena roaring. This hugely important win secures us at least 9th place in the standings, as we take advantage of Bayern Munich’s slip-up to steal their spot! That means we’re guaranteed at least one home game during the play-ins.

But we’ll have to wait to know our full fate. Although Paris sits 9th as of Thursday night, Friday’s results will be decisive. If Red Star Belgrade loses, we’ll move up to 8th—and even 7th if Anadolu Efes also falls! One way or another, we are making history—and we’ll continue to live it together !

So don’t wait—come support our Parisians at their next game at the Adidas Arena against Chalon in the league. Get your tickets now !
