“It feels like we have all of Paris behind us.”

A key player in the big victory for Paris against Milan this Tuesday night at the adidas Arena, Sebastian Herrera reflected on his impact during the game and the busy schedule ahead with his teammates.

You delivered an outstanding performance tonight, and it was only your 9th EuroLeague game. How do you feel after helping the team so brilliantly?

I’m a professional. I always have to stay ready and do everything the coach asks me to do. Sometimes I play, and I have to give my all. Today, it’s really great for me to have helped the team win this important game.

The upcoming schedule is going to be very busy, especially with the back-to-back games against Fenerbahce and Panathinaikos…

First, we have to beat Strasbourg on Friday! We shouldn’t be thinking about what comes next, that’s the most important thing. We have to take the games one at a time and give our best before looking ahead. That’s the best mentality to have.

A word about the fans. How does it feel to play in such an atmosphere ?

It’s incredible. It feels like we have the whole city behind us. It’s always a pleasure to play in atmospheres like ours. Tonight, the arena was on fire. They pushed us to go out and get that win!
