No more calculations, no more “what ifs”, nothing. Just the floor, just the floor. This Tuesday evening, against Cholet, Paris Basketball must win to continue its season. If they don’t, it will be the end of an already exceptional season.

A match at home to continue on the road to the semi-finals of the French championship. A match not to go on vacation just yet. A match to keep dreaming after a fine victory over Cholet at La Meilleraie. Because yes, we were in danger after our first defeat since the end of January. Yes, our season could have come to an abrupt halt. But we’re resourceful. We are Paris. And Tuomas Iisalo and all our players know how to handle high-tension encounters… Nota Bene: we didn’t win the Eurocup by chance!

In this latest victory on choletaise soil, our shooting efficiency was back, the all-important rebounding battle was won and our game management was perfect. Defensively, the Paris Basketball spirit was back, led by Justin Simon, who was absent from Game 1 of these playoffs. We’ll still need to redouble our vigilance and collective determination to qualify for the semi-finals.

The DO OR DIE GAME takes place this Tuesday evening at 8.30pm at the adidas arena!
