Paris through to EuroCup semi-finals
After a controlled but intense 86-70 win over Badalone, Paris Basketball has qualified for the EuroCup semi-finals for the first time in its history.
Game film
In an adidas arena heated to white by the presence of 4,405 spectators, Paris ultimately dominated the match throughout, despite several comebacks by the Catalans.
It took a big collective run by Tuomas Iisalo’s men at the end of the 3rd quarter (14 points in a row without conceding any) to take the lead. A well-managed 4th quarter, and a victory for Paris! To the delight of all fans made in Paris…
Man of the match
Cheered on by his fans – who chanted MVP when he came out with 1 minute remaining – TJ Shorts was undoubtedly the man of the match, with a fantastic stat line: 21 points, 3 rebounds, 9 assists, 1 steal and 0 turnovers. An incredible performance for the native Californian.
