- Which games are included in my subscription?
It’s an all-inclusive subscription. The 15 regular season games of the national championship (Betclic ELITE) and the 17 regular season games of the European Cup (Turkish Airlines EuroLeague) are included, regardless of the location.
- What are the benefits I get as a subscriber?

- How can I stay updated on the club’s news?
You can stay updated on the club’s activity by subscribing to the newsletter, checking the news on our website, or following us on social media.
- I’m not here for a game. What’s going on?
You can transfer your tickets from your ticket management platform by editing your ticket with your guest’s name.
You can download and even send the tickets directly to your guest from your platform!
- I want to get an additional ticket, how can I do that?
Our ticketing service ([email protected]) will send you a dedicated link or form before each game, allowing you to benefit from a discounted rate for up to 4 additional tickets.
- The club qualifies for the playoffs. What happens next?
We will get back to you soon to explain the process put in place by the club.
For your information, we offered the 1st round of the playoffs to our subscribers who renewed their subscription last season.
- How can I collect my tickets as a subscriber?
Once the platform is developed, you will simply need to go there to download your tickets.
Until then, you will receive your tickets by email approximately 3 weeks before each game.
This may evolve depending on the ticket sales for the games.
- Does my subscription include the relocated games?
Yes, your subscription includes all games, including relocated games (and there will be quite a few of them!), with the equivalent seating to what you selected when you subscribed.
- Where can we buy tickets for games at the Accor Arena, adidas arena, or other relocated venues?
For relocated games, you will find the most relevant links in our communications.

- How can I buy tickets for a Paris Basketball game?
You can book directly on our ticketing platform or through our dedicated commercial services: hospitality for VIP products ([email protected]) and groups for group outings ([email protected]).
- I can’t find seats next to each other for a specific game?
