> I have a credit note from the 2019/2020 season. What happens to it?
Your voucher is still valid (until 1 January 2022) and can be used on all merchandising (webshop) and ticketing products offered during this period.> I want to use my credit. How do I do this?

If you do not reply after this period, the club will donate the amount of your subscription to its support association to contribute to its social actions.> I did not receive the information with the link to the form by email?
If your subscription order was placed with a third party, you will need to contact them.Otherwise, please contact us: violainemorand@parisbasketball.net> I have chosen to have my subscription refunded (in full or in part). When and how will I be refunded?
