France v Italy clash against Virtus

France v Italy matches always have a special flavour in the sporting world. It’s a long-standing and passionate rivalry, both at international and club level. This Paris v Bologna clash is no exception! Especially as Virtus have never managed to beat our Parisians in their four previous meetings. Aliou Diarra’s teammates – he is currently the EuroLeague’s top blocker – will do everything in their power to break this run of bad luck.

However, Paris Basketball are no pushovers. Still unbeaten in the league, the 2026 Super Cup winners are keen to secure a victory for their fans. And they’ll be relying on the EuroLeague’s current top scorer: Nadir Hifi. Our opponents are coming off the back of two consecutive wins in Europe, including a stunning last-second winner against Olympiacos. Two exciting teams set for a thrilling clash !
