Paris is out for revenge

Having lost by the narrowest of margins 48 hours earlier (89-90), Paris Basketball are looking to take their revenge on Cholet in front of their home fans this Thursday evening at 8.30 pm in Game 2 of the Betclic ÉLITE semi-finals.

It all came down to the finer details… The outcome of the first game in this series was decided by the smallest of margins! From Daulton’s opening three-pointer to T.J. Campbell’s final free throws, neither team ever trailed on the scoreboard. A tight contest in every respect which, sadly, did not go our way, despite an adidas arena in a frenzy during crunch time. Paris lost this battle, but not the war!

Julius Thomas’s side face Cholet again tonight with a different mindset. Our Parisians know how to bounce back from defeat. Just last week against SIG, the teammates of a masterful Nadir demonstrated their resilience when their backs were against the wall. Indeed, anything is still possible in this best-of-five semi-final series. Those long-range feats, those bursts of intensity, and those fierce battles under the basket are sure to keep us on the edge of our seats once again!
