The Paris Basketball Foundation in the spotlight

The endowment fund aims to build On Tuesday December 03, 2024, the Club is proud to announce the creation of the Paris Basketball Foundation.

The Foundation is built around several development pillars:

•   An endowment fund dedicated to youth.
•   An endowment fund as part of the legacy of Paris Olympics & Paralympics 2024.
•   An endowment fund supported by players, fans and the entire Paris Basketball community.
•   An ambitious endowment fund firmly rooted in the reality of the field.

Since 2018, Paris Basketball has always been able to combine sporting ambition and social impact, by carrying out concrete actions such as interventions in schools, an integration program for young refugees, and charity matches. Thousands of young people have already benefited from these initiatives.

With the creation of the Paris Basketball Foundation, the club aims to multiply this impact and further structure its commitment to serving young people and the Greater Paris community.

True to its DNA of boldness, inclusion and commitment, the club is fully committed to its societal mission: to use basketball as a lever to inspire, connect and transform the youth of Greater Paris. Our ambition? To offer young people unique opportunities through programs combining sport, education and culture.

Initiatives at the heart of the community

•   Discover basketball: Offer thousands of young people in Greater Paris the opportunity to discover basketball, its values of inclusion, respect and self-improvement, and to develop through sport.
•   Involve the club’s partners: Encourage their involvement alongside the Paris Basketball Foundation in local initiatives, to give young people the means to realize their ambitions.
•   Raise awareness of social issues: Mobilize sport to promote inclusion, solidarity and sustainable development, in collaboration with local associations.
•   Supporting youngsters at the Training Center: Supporting Paris Basketball hopefuls in their threefold journey – sporting, academic and civic – to prepare them for success on and off the court.

A local impact, a global legacy

Thanks to innovative programs such as “On Court” – focused on transmitting values through sport – and “Together”, dedicated to solidarity actions in schools, hospitals or social centers, the Paris Basketball Foundation is committed to leaving a positive and lasting imprint.
