In Istanbul, our Parisians secured another consecutive victory with a top-tier performance against Anadolu Efes (93-84). A perfect trip for our players before enjoying a few well-deserved days of rest!
We come, we win, and we leave! In Turkey, T.J. Shorts and his teammates claimed their seventh straight EuroLeague victory (8-3) in an intense match that was decided in the final minute.
Paris’s defense was key from the opening jump ball to the final buzzer. Disciplined both in man-to-man coverage and on the boards, Tiago Splitter’s squad started strong with a 10-2 run. Against Shane Larkin, who stayed sidelined due to an ankle injury, Nadir Hifi made his presence felt off the bench with a massive three-pointer over Vincent Poirier. The intensity ramped up before halftime, but our players dug deep to head into the locker room with the lead (43-39).
“Kevarrius HayesLine”
Keva dominated the Istanbul paint on both ends of the court. With key offensive rebounds and crucial baskets, the big man made his mark on the game. Maodo Lô capitalized on fast breaks, putting us in a strong position heading into the final 10 minutes (66-58).
What better way to close out a game than to give the ball to T.J.? Our point guard (21 points, 10 assists) toyed with the opposing defense, alternating between precision assists and signature mid-range buckets. But, as against Partizan, it was Mikael Jantunen who sealed the game with a huge corner three-pointer (93-84).
With this seventh consecutive win, our players continue to make history at the highest European level!
