Splitter: “An exceptional defensive effort”.

After a historic victory over Pana (84-80) in the EuroLeague on Tuesday at the Accor Arena, our Coach reflects on the game, highlighting the collective effort produced by the entire Parisian team.

Tiago Splitter, Paris Basketball coach:

“Of course it feels good! We played a very good game because we managed to impose our rhythm, the one they didn’t want to go at. When you play against a team with so much experience, if you let them dictate the tempo you run the risk of losing, but we managed to handle it well. Everyone had their moments, but what really stood out for me was the defensive effort of the whole team, which was exceptional. Basketball has taught me that a match is played over 40 minutes. I’m very proud of my players, the staff and the whole club.
