Paris wins Match 1
WHAT A VICTORY! Paris Basketball welcomed the London Lions to the adidas arena on Tuesday evening. After being pushed around in the first half, the Parisians had to work hard to win the game by a score of 99-86.
Led by their fiery duo (Nadir Hifi – TJ Shorts), Paris held off the English aggression with a big run in the second half (22-8 in the 3rd quarter). After that, Tuomas Iisalo’s men were able to lock up and take the lead in the first of a two-game series.
In a committed game, where players from both teams struggled, it was Paris who imposed their game, dominating on the rebound (40 shots for the hosts, 26 for the visitors).
