Kessens: “Enormous enthusiasm”

After the victory over Saint-Quentin (87-65) in the grand premiere at the adidas arena, our pivot, Michael Kessens, author of 6 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists, spoke at the post-game press conference on Sunday:

“It was different for everyone, not just for the players, but for the whole club. We really felt a huge buzz, with a slightly different kind of pressure. It was the first time in the gym, the first training sessions, the first shots, the first lay-ups. The organization was enormous, and we didn’t feel a thing as players (…) Basically, what impresses me the most is that a lot of clubs talk about building new facilities, and Paris Basketball has done it, and that’s really something”.
